Download the Rail Planner App
It looks like you don't have the Rail Planner app yet. To use the Interrail mobile Pass you will need to have the app installed on your mobile device. Download it now for iOS or Android.
After downloading the app, return to your order confirmation email and click the get started link again to add your Pass straight to the app.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
